I need to do an on-line search for the value of a baseball card set that was purchased in 1991?
My dad bought each of my girls a set of score baseball cards in the early 1990's before they were born. Where can I find an online source to check out the value of these cards. Some cards in the set are Nolan Ryan and a Nolan Ryan no hitter card, Jose Conseco, Ken Griffey, Jr and Sr., etc. Any help would be appreciated since I have no idea where to fons anything. I'm sure that the cards individually will not be worth a whole lot but maybe the entire set will be of more value. The cards are from Score and have a set of trivia cards with it.

- The entire set is probably only worth $15-$20 but you'll be hard pressed to get more than $5 for it. The baseball card industry boomed in 1988 and values diminished greatly from 1988-1993. And, the cards were also mass produced so there are many of those sets to be had. Therefore, anyone who really wanted those sets probably has them already. I hope this helped.
- You can go to Beckett.com, but it cost money to join. Alternatively, you can got to your local Wal Mart or bookstore and buy the most recent Beckett Baseball Monthly for $6.95 and research the set. The above answer is correct, the entire set, even if in perfect condition, is worth $25 at best. Let me know the exact year and Company (i.e. Topps, Donruss, Score, etc.) and I'll look it up now for you.
- Enjoy the cards, don't worry about their value. Take out the superstars in case value does go up,it probably wont as the cards were overproduced.
